Artisan Manchego Farmhouse Cheese

Manchego cheese is the name given to the cheese produced in the natural region of La Mancha, from the milk of sheep of the Manchega breed. Manchego cheese is made with pasteurized sheep’s milk and artisan Manchego cheese is made with unpasteurized sheep’s milk, in both cases from our own livestock raised on our farms and registered in the Manchego Cheese Denomination of Origin.
