Navaloshaces’ semi-cured cheese is light yellow to pale ivory in color, with a firm, slightly crumbly texture. It offers a bold intensity, with dominant aromas of sheep’s milk, accented by tangy and lactic notes such as yogurt and cream, along with subtle hints of hay during seasonal periods.

Made from 100% raw Manchega sheep’s milk.

Aged for approximately 2 to 4 months.
