HIPPING TIMES

Order preparation and delivery to the shipping agency will take place the next business day (Monday to Friday) after the order is received, between 07:00 and 15:00 hours. Delivery times by the shipping agency may vary depending on the destination. Unless otherwise stated, products will be delivered within 24-72 hours on business days. Exceptionally, shipping may be delayed due to reasons beyond Navaloshaces’ control. Shipments to the Canary Islands may be delayed due to customs procedures specific to the islands.

The product will only be shipped once payment has been received.

MODIFICATIONS, CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS

Users are informed that if they detect an error when entering necessary data to process their purchase request on the Website, they may modify it by contacting Navaloshaces through the contact options available on the Website or via customer service channels.

In any case, the User, before clicking on “https://navaloshaces.es/finalizar-compra/”, has access to the space, cart, or basket where their purchase requests are recorded and can make modifications.

Users are also referred to the Legal Notice and General Terms of Use for more information on exercising their right to rectification under Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on Personal Data Protection.

Returns of products are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt (provided the conditions regulated by Law 47/2002 on commercial organization are met). After checking the condition of the product, the full amount will be refunded using the same payment method used by the customer.

WARRANTIES

-Damaged or defective products



If the User considers that the product at delivery does not conform to the purchase contract or order, they must immediately contact Navaloshaces by phone (926 690 167 / 926 690 091) or email info@navaloshaces.es to report the defect or error.

The User will then be informed on how to proceed with the return of the products, and these, once returned, will be examined and the User will be informed, within a reasonable period of time, whether to proceed with the refund or, if applicable, the replacement of the same.

In case of refund, the User will receive the full amount and, if applicable, the costs of delivery charges incurred by the User to make the return. The refund will be made by the same means of payment that the User used to pay for the purchase.

For the correct replacement or crediting process, we recommend sending photographs of the damaged merchandise and a photograph of the transport label with the shipping number of the damaged box.

– Wrong product received

When the product received is not the one that the customer had requested, the customer may return the product through the private customer area, by phone 926 690 167 / 926 690 091 or by mail info@navaloshaces.es.

-Product with incorrect or incomplete information

If the product does not conform to the information provided by us, you can return it through the private customer area, by phone at 926 690 167 / 926 690 091 or by mail info@navaloshaces.es.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. RETURN BY CUSTOMER’S DECISION.

The User has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days without justification.

This withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day the User or a third party authorized by the User, other than the carrier, acquired possession of the products on the Navaloshaces Website or in the event that the goods making up your order are delivered separately, 14 calendar days from the day the User or a third party authorized by the User, other than the carrier, acquired possession of the last product that made up the same purchase order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by mail info@navaloshaces.es.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

In case of withdrawal, Navaloshaces will reimburse the User all payments received, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs chosen by the User for a shipping method other than the least expensive method offered on the Website) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which Navaloshaces is informed of the decision to withdraw by the User.

The transport of the return will be at the expense of the customer, if necessary, Navaloshaces could arrange a collection with the transport company of the products you wish to return if the customer so wishes. The User shall bear the direct cost of return (transport, delivery) of the goods, should any be incurred.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to us at Carretera de Almadén, km 15. 13190 Corral de Calatrava, CIUDAD REAL, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate us your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If in doubt, please contact us.

The refund to the consumer of the total amount of the purchase, i.e. the price of the product plus shipping costs, will be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in our warehouses or, failing that, receipt of proof of shipment of the product. However, Navaloshaces may withhold such reimbursement until it has received the products or items of purchase, or until the User provides proof of the return of the same, depending on which condition is met first.

HOW ARE REFUNDS MADE?

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise and without incurring costs. The refund is subject to the product being returned in the conditions indicated above.

EXCEPTIONS

If the customer rejects the goods, once the product is in the store we will proceed to refund the amount of the products, reserving the right to charge the return costs to the customer.
